Surrey Arts Council

The Surrey Arts Council company deals with renting costumes and collecting donations (costumes and accessories) and then renting them to other companies such as theatres, sets and schools.
When the archive was explained to me how to keep it, I saw a nice way to organize it: it was organized by historical period, man/woman, type and by colour. The objects, on the other hand, were placed in transparent boxes.

Often, we had clients and so we helped them find what they were looking for. My job all the time that I was there was to take what the customer ask for, tidy up and put back the costumes and accessories, and organize the donation that we received.

One time, I did the pinafore from scratch and looked for the pattern.
